How do I submit a review?
You may email a review to us by sending it to
info@sneektec.com, or you can visit the page for the product you purchased and leave a review there.
Are all reviews real?
Yes. We take great pride in our products and our brand. We will never place false or staged reviews on our site. We value our customers and want to provide them with the best tools possible for tagging their game.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not.
Where else can I buy your products?
How do I know what size is right for me?
Do you sell and ship internationally?
Right now we do not. This is a priority of ours and we will let everyone know when international sales are possible.

How do you determine who becomes a corporate partner?
We want partners who share the same love of the outdoors that we have. Partners who are ethical, responsible, respectful and energetic are the type of partners we are looking for. Please send an email to

What is the duration of a corporate partnership?
We like to have our partnerships in place for a full calendar year. All partnerships are reviewed after the end of the year and we will discuss options for the next year. Please send an email to

How can I become part of your testing process?
We are always looking for help with the testing of our new products. If you are an avid outdoorsman, and a good communicator, then we would love to hear from you. Please send an email to
info@sneektec.com and include your name, age (must be over 18 years old), hometown, hobbies, preferred hunting weapon, and average days spent in the field. We want to have a group of testers that are balanced throughout the US. Having testers in all parts of the country provides us with valuable information that we hope will make your hunting more effective.
Returns
I want to return or exchange my purchase, what do I do?
Send an email to
info@sneektec.com describing what you would like to do and we will provide you with instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
How long does it take to get a refund?
7 to 10 business days. Some credit card companies take longer than others to process the refund.
How long does it take to get an exchange?
We will have the correct size shipped to you within 2 business days.
What is your warranty?
Because our products are used in many different environments, it is difficult to establish a solid warranty policy. To keep things simple, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacture defects. We want to know about all issues, even after our 30-day policy, so please let us know if something goes wrong with your products.
Security and Privacy
Is my purchase information safe?
Our shopping platform uses an SSL to allow secure connections as well as follows Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to encrypt your data.
Why do you have customers login?
We ask that our customers login and create an account as a way to speed up the checkout process. Creating an account also helps us weed out spambots.
Shipping
What days do you process shipments?
Monday through Friday.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
This depends on where you live. In most cases the maximum amount of time needed for your order to arrive at your address will be 4 days.
What are the shipping costs?
SneekTec will pay all shipping costs to get your correct order to your address.
Do you sell and ship internationally?
Right now we do not. This is a priority of ours and we will let everyone know when international sales are possible.
Sneek Boot Product Questions
How durable are the Sneek Boots?
Very durable. We have tested the boots in every possible environment to make sure that they hold up. That being said, our boots are made out of fabrics that are not bullet proof, so wear and tear will happen over time.
What happens if something breaks?
Please let us know about it. We have a team that can repair all parts of our products. If we can’t repair it then we will discuss with you some other options.
How much do the Sneek Boots weigh?
Each set of Sneek Boots will differ in weight, but the average between the sizes is right at 1 pound.
How do I know what size is right for me?
Our Sneek Boots are made to cover a range of sizes. Please review our fit guide for more information. If you need a size that we do not have listed, please let us know and we will custom build a pair for you.
Why are there so many different adjustments?
Our boots are designed to keep you quiet. However, they are also designed to keep you safe. Having 3 different tightening locations allows the user to be safe and secure on side hills, going uphill, and going downhill.
What type of foam do you use?
We use industrial grade upholstery foam. This foam is designed to be used and abused, and still perform effectively.
How do I clean my SneekTec products?
Everything can be thrown into a standard watching machine. Use an unscented detergent and do not use fabric softener.
Why are there two different materials?
We offer a Berber Fleece fabric and a Silent Suede material. The Berber Fleece is a quieter and more durable material. The Silent Suede resists thorns and burrs from sticking to it.
